Go-Live and Ongoing Support: Curas will be with you every step of the way

Once you flip the switch on your eClinicalWorks EHR solution, you’re not on your own. We know that it’s a great transition for the way your practice operates, one that impacts your workflow and leverages new technology. Curas will remain with you to make sure that each person in your practice can use the system efficiently and effectively. The Curas go-live support team has the knowledge and patience to help you through all of your questions, regardless of how technically savvy your team is, or isn’t.

Curas Support Hours

Mon – Thursday: 7 am to 7 PM (CST/CDT)

Friday 7 AM to 5:30 PM (CST/CDT)

Hawaii Support Hours

Mon – Friday: 8 am to 5 PM (HST)
